Jean Montrevil’s individual hearing is on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 1pm at 26 Federal Plaza where Jean will give his testimony, this will be an opportunity to have witnesses testify and show support, and the judge will decide on Jean's application for 212(c) relief.
We hope to see you all on April 18th! At this hearing, it will be extra important to make a strong showing of family and community support, to emphasize how important Jean is to his family and community, and his prominence as an activist. We will plan to meet a few hours ahead of the hearing, and head into the court building together.
