Families For Freedom Vaccine Referral Program

FFF have been selected to participate in New York City’s Vaccine Referral Bonus Initiative. Individual will receive $100 after they receives their first vaccine dose at City-run vaccination sites, while FFF also receive a $100 charitable donation per person that mentions our organization in the referral field.

List of eligible city-run vaccination sites: nyc.gov/vax4nyc

Any walk-ins should tell the vaccination site staff who checks them in about Families for Freedom being their sponsors. If you are getting an at-home visit, you should tell the clinician who comes to your home.
