Shared Office Space Opportunity
On behalf of Families For Freedom, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in New York City, we are pleased to offer shared office space rental opportunities to other organizations and individuals needing affordable and centrally located workspace. We are located in Midtown, within walking distance from Penn Station.
Our organization understands the challenges that organizations face in securing affordable office space in New York City, and we are committed to supporting people who share our values by providing access to quality office space at below-market rates. By renting office space from us, your organization will not only benefit from a convenient location in the heart of the city but also from the knowledge that your rental fees are supporting the mission-driven work of a fellow nonprofit organization.
Our office space rental options include high-speed internet, a copy machine, long and short-term rental options, 24-hour security cameras, and more. We are happy to work with you to customize a rental agreement that meets the unique needs of your organization. Additionally, as a 501(c)(3) organization, we can offer rental discounts to other qualifying nonprofits per IRS guidelines.
